Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9 by 13-inch baking pan and a cookie sheet with nonstick spray. Mix together the protein powder, flour, oats, bran, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Add in the brown sugar and mix-ins. Combine the yogurt, oil, and vanilla in a separate bowl, stirring well. Add the wet mixture to the dry and mix until thoroughly blended (it will take a while to get it all mixed). Transfer the mixture to the prepared 9 by 13-inch pan, patting it evenly into place with your hands. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from oven and cut into bars of any size.
